Coaching Program
This program is built for bar, restaurant, hotel, nightlife, and hospitality-driven founders who understand that owning the business is not the same as leading the business.
This coaching program helps founders develop the soft skills, hard skills, operating discipline, and financial clarity required to lead people, build systems, protect profit, and create a business that is not entirely dependent on their daily presence.
The Pressure Point
Hospitality ownership demands more than passion.
It demands leadership, discipline, and focus.
Most founders enter this industry with a vision. A great concept. A love for food, beverage, service, design, hotels, nightlife, or community.
Then Reality Hits
- Staff need more direction
- Managers need coaching
- Guest want consistency
- Numbers need attention
- Systems need to be built
- Problems require solutions
- The business needs leadership
Why This Program
This program was created for founders who are ready to grow into that role.
Over 12 months, you will work directly with me to develop the soft skills and hard skills required to lead with more clarity, confidence, and control.
You will strengthen how you communicate, how you make decisions, how you manage your time, how you build culture, how you coach your team, how you install systems, how you read your numbers, and how you protect profit.
Not Just Theory
This is not theory for the sake of theory.
This is founder and leadership development built for the realities of hospitality ownership.
Are You an Entrepreneur or Founder in Hospitality?
If you are serious about becoming a stronger hospitality founder, this program gives you the structure, coaching, and accountability to build the leadership skills your business needs next.
The Promise
By the end of 12 months, you will have built the mindset, leadership rhythm, operating tools, financial understanding, and owner-level discipline needed to lead a more stable, scalable, and profitable hospitality business.
This is not casual coaching. This is strategic personal development.
The Investment
The program is a 12-month commitment and can be paid three different ways:
- Monthly: $1,575 USD per Month

- Upfront: $15,200 USD for Year (20% Savings)
“Before the 12-month training, I thought leadership meant having all the answers. What I learned is that it starts with leading myself first. The program helped me become more disciplined, more aware, and more confident in how I make decisions. It pushed me to look at my business, my role, and my future with more clarity. I didn’t just leave with better tools. I left as a stronger person." - Janice
This Program Develops Intentional Owners
Program Overview
The program follows three progressive phases:
Phase 1: Lead Yourself
Months 1 to 3.
Before a founder can lead a team, they need to lead their own time, decisions, communication, emotions, standards, and priorities.
This phase focuses on personal leadership, founder identity, mindset, emotional control, communication habits, and decision-making discipline.
Phase 2: Lead the Business
Months 4 to 8.
This phase develops the operating skillset. The founder learns how to build standards, install systems, manage performance, use numbers, protect culture, and remove operational dependency.
This is where ownership becomes visible.
Phase 3: Lead the Future
Months 9 to 12.
This phase helps the founder become a strategic owner. The focus shifts to profit protection, team development, brand strength, scalability, long-term planning, and leadership legacy.
This is where the founder stops managing fires and starts leading the business forward.

"This program changed how I see myself as an entrepreneur. Over the past year, I learned how to slow down, think more strategically, and stop making decisions from pressure or emotion. The work helped me lead myself better, build a stronger business, and make choices that actually support the future I want. It was personal, practical, and honest. Exactly what I needed at this stage.” - Gregory
